Hope Valley Barracks

On Sunday, April 28, 2024, at 1:32 AM, Troopers arrested Richard Phillips, age 55, of 181 Rockaway Parkway, Brooklyn, New York for 1.) Manufacturing/ Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule I/II Marijuana 1 KG to 5 KG. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of West Greenwich. Mr. Phillips was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
